The Fluffy Ones

You are looking at 22lbs. of cat. The boys turn 1 next month and they are all grown up! Believe it or not, the one on the left weighs more. Looks are deceiving.

The signs of growing up!

I knew these days were coming. I tried to prepare for them the best that I could....or thought I was preparing. A few exciting events have reminded me how time passes too quickly.. The boy is officially growing up. It is both joyous and heartbreaking at the same time. I am so proud of the "big man" he is becoming but it's hard to think of him as anything but my "little man". It's not so hard when one milestone happens now and then. To have three happen in a span of 2 weeks is just tough to take. We thought we would share in our joy and heartache with you. Kids really do just grow up too fast. Now I know why parents tell their adult children that they will always be their "liitle something".

I wasn't expecting this until summertime. Look at my boy go, go, go! This was filmed Day 1.



After a week of it being loose.....his first tooth has come out. The toothfairy was excited to visit and even left me a present....the boy's tooth!



Just today at the library, the librarian offered the boy a chance to get his own library card. Who knew this could be such a joyous and sad moment? For me it was, I shed a few silent tears on the way home while the boy was chatting excitedly about his new big boy status.
